I Heart fabric!

How adorable is the heart fabric from Umbrella Prints? They are a textile house in South Australia and hand-print their patterns on organic hemp/cotton fabric. They are designed by Amy Prior and Carly Schwerdt. Love the big scale hearts of the Grand Hearts pattern found here! How fun would these be in a kids room! Love the neon pink!

Sending Love!

Sending love to Joplin Missouri! Joplin was hit by the single deadliest tornado to hit the US since 1947. This is something that hits too close to home here in the midwest. Sending love, thoughts, and prayers to the people and families of Joplin. My good friend Tobe who has the blog Because it's Awesome, is selling her prints again with all of the proceeds going to the American Red Cross for Joplin! Get a great print while helping a good cause...check them out here!

Friday Night Light!

Tonight's Friday Night Light is the beautiful Lucia by Murray Feiss. I blogged about the round pendant a long time ago, but I thought I would introduce the whole family! The burnished silver with the crystals are just gorgeous! These beauties would really compliment any space!

As seen in the amazing closet of Megan from Honey We're Home!
You should totally check it out!

This is Land's End??

So while reading My Favorite And My Best....do any of you also read Jenny's awesome Blog? I think she's the only one that can make you cry and almost pee your pants at the same time! Anyway, she had items she was approving and there were some pieces from Land's End...yes, you heard me, Land's End! So I immediately went to their website and was pleasantly surprised to see that they have stepped up their design game on home goods! I'll let you take a look for yourself!

The easiest YUMMIEST recipe ever!!

If you need a fast easy dessert that will have your friends, family, or co-workers clamoring for the recipe then I have the perfect one for you! It's for Cheesecake Sopapillas....I got this from a friend that had a co-worker bring it to work and it was a huge hit. I've brought it to work twice and every time I get multiple requests for the recipe. The best part is that it's really easy to put together! Hope you'll try it out if you haven't already! Enjoy!

Friday Night Light!

So, tonight I'm posting one of my absolute favorite chandeliers, the Cellula chandelier! I have loved it for years, and some day I will look into our dining room and see it's beautiful crystals reflecting light around the room...sigh...so beautiful! Ok, back to the chandelier...the Swarovski crystals on this are aahhhhmazing in person! It was designed by Anthologie Quartett designers Nunzia Carbone and Tiziano Vudafieri. It made it's debut in 1996 and was a modern take on the crystal chandelier.

Roman Round Up

I always love a good roman shade...especially in a fun pattern or with amazing trim details! They are great window treatments when you don't have room for curtains, but still want to add some color or pattern to your space.

I also just found a great DIY how-to by Maria over at John's Journal. I think I might have to try this out!
Check out the roman shades she has made for her home!
